Shipping within Australia:

Ena One aims to have all your orders ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days, although sometimes during busy periods, it can be up to 3-5 business days.

Transit time can range from 1 to 14 business days depending upon your location in Australia and the selection of your shipping method (standard or express). Please note Australia Post is currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID19, so please bear with us.

International Shipping:

Ena One is currently only shipping to selected countries and prices are subject to location, as you checkout you will be able to see the correct pricing information for your country.

If we do not ship to your country, please send us an email to hello@enaoneau.com and we may be able to arrange a special delivery.

Please note that all international orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival and customers are responsible for these charges. These charges are determined by your local customs authority. ENA ONE will not be liable for any of these additional charges.  

Please order carefully as international orders are unable to be refunded, exchanged or replaced.
